Welcome to Revvyo, a platform that empowers event organizers to raise funds, sell tickets, and collect donations, while enabling fans to invest in, purchase tickets for, or donate to events.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the entire Revvyo platform, including our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions
Organizer: An individual or entity creating, managing, and hosting an event on the Platform.
Investor/Fan: An individual contributing funds to an event's fundraising goal, purchasing tickets, or donating to an event.
Event: A physical, virtual, or hybrid event created by an Organizer and hosted on the Platform.
Revenue: Income generated from ticket sales, split between Organizers and Investors per the agreed terms (e.g., 60% to Investors, 40% to Organizers, adjustable by event capacity).
Donations: Funds contributed by fans to support an event, retained by the Organizer after an 8% processing fee, separate from investment or ticket revenue.
2. Eligibility
Age: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform as an Investor/Fan or ticket buyer. Organizers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, submitting event details, or making financial transactions.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to financial transactions, event permits, tax obligations, and securities regulations.
3. How Revvyo Works
a. For Organizers
- Fundraising: Set a fundraising goal to be funded by investors/Fans, who receive a share of ticket sales revenue.
- Ticket Sales: Create and sell customizable tickets (e.g., virtual, in-person, tiered pricing) to generate revenue, split with Investors per the agreed terms.
- Donations: Collect donations from fans, retaining 100% of funds after Revvyo's 8% processing fee. Donations are separate from investment or ticket revenue.
- Revenue Share: Receive 40% of ticket sales revenue (adjustable by event capacity) after Revvyo's 8% processing fee, with 60% distributed to Investors (after their 5% fee).
b. For Investor/Fans
- Investments: Contribute any amount (e.g., $1 or more, with no cap) to an event's fundraising goal, earning a proportional share of ticket sales revenue (e.g., 60% after a 5% fee). Investments carry financial risk, and returns are not guaranteed.
- Ticket Purchases: Buy tickets to attend events, subject to Organizer refund policies.
- Donations: Donate any amount to support an event, with funds going to the Organizer after an 8% processing fee. Donations are non-refundable.
c. Revvyo's Role
- Revvyo provides tools for fundraising, ticketing, donations, and engagement (e.g., polls, live chats, social media integration) but is not responsible for event execution, outcomes, or Organizer performance.
- Revvyo charges an 8% processing fee to Organizers on ticket sales and donations, and a 5% fee to Investors on their share of ticket sales revenue. No fees are charged directly on investment contributions.
